New book 'No Limits' shows how far Phelps' handlers (mom, etc.) will go to prove he can be a marketable media darling

Don't blame us because he looks special needs. For some reason at the Olympics, he looked pseudo-normal. Maybe because he was swimming? Just think how many medals he could win at the special olympics...probably like, at least, 2 or 3 more.
