And for my final trick . . .



As if interminable detention without due process wasn't enough, the Bush Administration has apparently decided to stick it to the Constitution one last time.

Despite the Twentith Amendment to the Constitution, which sets the presidential "transfer of power" to occur at noon on January 20, the outgoing Administration "has promised to make this the fastest . . . transfer of power in modern history." Link here.

What an asshole.

It's like Bush is giving one huge middle finger to the 73rd Congress.
